A deposit of 25% is due to final measure and the balance to be paid within 7 days from installation.

Unless specified the contract price does not include the costs for removing existing fittings, building work, plastering, painting or any other finishing work or any other on site trade and services.

Beyond Storage always endeavours to meet the requested delivery date but accepts no responsibility for delays due to circumstances outside our immediate control including force majeure.

The purchaser will ensure full access to the site on the day(s) of installation and for the time required to complete the installation.  If for any reason you need to change the requested installation date please advise Beyond Storage within 48 hours. If this access is restricted and requires a return visit additional charges may apply.

Beyond Storage takes no responsibility for any costs or other loss arising due to walls or floors on site that are not plumb, level or square and may therefore impede the effective operation or installation of their products.

Until paid for in full all goods installed/supplied remain the property of Beyond Storage. In the event of non-payment the purchaser is to allow access to the installed product for removal and will be invoiced accordingly.

Beyond Storage reserves the right to charge penalty interest at 5% per month on all overdue accounts.

The purchaser agrees to inspect the install immediately upon finishing and if Beyond Storage receives no notice within 24 hours to the contrary it is deemed that the purchaser is completely satisfied.
